Leadership Role: CEO
Tommy Moreno joined AMI Entertainment as CEO in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as co-founder and CEO of EdTech company Pareto Labs. Known for his innovative mindset, Tommy seamlessly blends sharp business acumen with the creative spirit he honed during his Harvard Business School days.
Tommy’s impressive career began as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he served as a Captain, managing advanced technology programs on a global scale. Transitioning to the corporate sector, he spent 13 years at The Walt Disney Company, leading strategy and development for the $10 billion Parks and Resorts division and driving substantial financial growth. At Colony Capital, a prominent global investment firm, Tommy held senior positions within portfolio companies, including revitalizing the Miramax Film Studio leading to its eventual sale. As COO of global hotel tech and content provider SONIFI, he successfully navigated a post-bankruptcy turnaround and helped pivot the core business.
Leadership Role: Chairman of the Board
Mike Maas joined AMI in 2006 as President and CEO, and transitioned to Chairman of the Board in 2024, consistently exceeding expectations throughout his tenure. Under his leadership, AMI experienced remarkable growth and innovation, solidifying its position as an industry leader. Before AMI, Mike served as Microsoft’s general manager for U.S. enterprise and industry marketing, where he oversaw local marketing efforts in major U.S. cities, while also managing Microsoft’s Global Executive Circle Program, aimed at high-quality engagement with senior business leaders.
Mike began his career in the high-performance supercomputer industry, where he held various technical and management positions at Control Data Corporation, ETA Systems, and Kendall Square Research. He later joined IBM, serving as vice president of marketing for IBM’s communications sector, where he was responsible for leading the global marketing effort in the communication industry and for marketing global, cross-IBM initiatives in digital media and wireless/mobile computing. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Leadership Role: General Manager
Martin has been with NSM Music since 1991, following NSM’s acquisition of Tic-Tac-Toe, where Martin worked. As a service manager, he was at the forefront of the CD era and helped mould a very successful generation of Jukeboxes. Martin took over as General Manager in 2006 and continues to drive the success of the digital age of jukeboxes in the UK and across Europe. Martin began his career in the slot machine industry in 1983 when he joined Tic-Tac-Toe after leaving school.
Financial Director
Bernard Taylor serves as the Finance Director of NSM Music. Bernard has worked in finance for over 30 years, and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1987. Bernard has held a variety of senior financial positions in the UK, including that of CFO/Finance Director of several leading UK plc’s.
In 2008, Bernard was appointed Finance Director of Games Warehouse Ltd, a subsidiary of AMI. After successfully helping with the sale of this business to new owners, he continued his relationship with AMI by joining as the Finance Director of AMI’s recently acquired business NSM Music Ltd.
In his spare time Bernard enjoys dinghy sailing and bell ringing as well as spending time with his 2 daughters and grandchildren.
Office Manager
Lisa Lambert joined NSM in 1992 after leaving college where she studied BTEC Business Management & Administration. Lisa’s first role at NSM Music was as a Junior Purchase Ledger clerk and now 26 years later she is the Accounts & Office Manager. Lisa works closely with Martin Agabeg the General Manager to help oversee the day to day running of the company.
Sales Manager
Alex Kirby is the sales manager for NSM Music. His entire working career has been linked to NSM. He first started working at NSM in 1991. He left in 1997 to start his own company 21st Century Tic Tac Toe. He continued to partner with NSM during this time, supplying new and used NSM equipment. After NSM bought his company in 2004, Alex returned to NSM to be at the forefront of selling the latest digital products.
Alex is accomplished in Thai Boxing, Powerlifting, Power Boating and Building. He retired undefeated in Thai Boxing in 2007 and returned to powerlifting. He holds the British record for Bench Press, set in 2016.
Service Manager
Matt Tennent originally started at NSM in 2004 after working for 9 years as a Computer Programmer/System Developer. He graduatied with a BSc in Computer Science from Loughborough University. Matt left NSM in 2007 to pursue other projects before returning in 2009. For the previous 5 years, Matt has been serving on the Leadership Team as Service Manager, overseeing the Technical and Spares Department.
In his spare time, Matt is a keen motor sport fan and likes to visit race meetings as well as participate in track days.
HR Administration Clerk
Beverley Downes has been with NSM Music since 2004. She very much enjoys the diversity of daily tasks in her current role as HR Administration Clerk. The variety of her leadership position keeps things interesting. In her spare time, Beverley enjoys socializing, reading, knitting and crocheting. On the odd occasion she’ll throw in an abseil or zip slide for good measure. She is a mother of three with four grandchildren and self-professed “mad cat lady” with three cats but would have more if she could.
Director of International Software
Ramona Agrawal joined AMI Entertainment in February 2017 and is responsible for the NSM Music product family. Ramona joined AMI with 15 years of experience in technical and product delivery in global Hi-Tech companies. She has wide experience in product vision with sales and product management, delivery, and adoption with professional services and customer support teams.
Before joining AMI, Ramona was at a leading Interaction Management company responsible for end to end development and delivery of enterprise class distributed software systems. Ramona holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MS in Engineering from University of Michigan.
Music Manager
Adrian Holmes joined NSM Music in 1998 with an Honours degree (BEng Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Leeds University.
After 10 years in the technical department, he took over control of the music department in 2008. As the Music Manager, he is responsible for the acquisition, editing and uploading of all audio and video music files held on NSM’s main server and various music systems.
